Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Providing all items are in stock, delivery will be between 3-5 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances, you should allow 28 days for delivery. You will be informed immediately if an order is likely to take longer than the standard 3-5 working days, and given the chance to either cancel or amend your order. If you do not receive an order which has been dispatched to you, contact us via email or by telephone.
Any order can be cancelled by contacting our customer service department either by telephone or by email.
Should an item be out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible. If there is a further delay you will be notified by phone or email.
Delivery of all products is £9.95 for orders up to £400 (excluding VAT) for all areas of the United Kingdom. UK orders over £400 (excluding VAT) are delivered free.
Europe & Rest of the World
When placing an order from outside the UK, during checkout please select "EU & Rest of the World" as your delivery method. The delivery cost will be displayed as zero; once your order has been packaged and is ready for dispatch, we will email you with a quote for delivery which will be charged separately.
